Analysis of decent work in the light of upstream documents in Islamic republic of Iran

Abstract

Decent work is a new title with the emphasis on human dignity which has been proposed just for a decade in the international arena.
On the one hand, the entry of this concept into the legal system of Islamic republic of Iran due to Iran’s membership in ILO and the accession to some proposed protocols in this field and on the other hand the emphasis on human dignity and its high value as one of Islamic republic of Iran’s pillars has caused the analysis of this concept to be considered necessary in the internal legal system in the context of the Islam religion.
Furthermore, according to the differences between Islam and West’s view on human being and its dignity, this article while explaining this concept and its components, is to examine these components in the constitution and the general policies in accordance with the mentioned viewpoint as the upstream rules and norms of the Iran’s legal system.
The assumption of this article is that the issues in which the decent work is to compliment them and also the realization of these issues as a complete and comprehensive religion in all matters and in all fields of human being based on human dignity have been manifested in a favorable manner in the mentioned documents according to the Islamic nature of Islamic republic of Iran.
