The Quarterly Journal of Public Law Knowledge is owned by Constitutional Council Research Institute. Our philosophy is that all research is for the benefit of humankind, research is the product of an investment by society, and therefore its fruits should be returned to all people without borders or discrimination, serving society universally and in a transparent fashion. That is why Journal provides online free and open access to all of its research articles. Therefore, The Quarterly Journal of Public Law Knowledge has supported all the publishing costs, therefore, authors may publish their manuscripts and audiences can download and share the articles, freely.

Under the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing (June 20, 2003), Quarterly Journal of Public Law Knowledge are fully compliant with open access mandates, by publishing its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY). Authors retain copyright of their work and can deposit their publication in any repository. This means that articles can be freely redistributed and reused by the author and others as long as the article is properly cited. Published articles in Quarterly Journal of Public Law Knowledge can be deposited immediately into an online repository or social network without any cost. Quarterly Journal of Public Law Knowledge articles can be emailed to colleagues, printed, archived in a collection, included in course-packs, and distributed without restrictions.
