The Constitutional Council’s Research Institute is the owner of Quarterly Journal of Public Law Knowledge. QJPLK is a scientific and scholarly journal that publishes papers mainly in the fields of public law and humanities. The journal is committed to implementing double-blind peer review in its refereeing process based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
