Quarterly Journal of Public Law Knowledge (QJPLK) publishes peer-reviewed, original research and review articles in an open access format. Accepted articles span the full extent of the Islamic Fiqh (jurisprudence), Law, and the humanities.
The Journal seeks the following objectives:
- Studying the issue of systemization based on the Islamic law and the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran
- Examining the role and place of the Guardian Council in the Islamic Republic’s legal system and its counterpart institutes.
- Studying the government’s principles, theories, structure and function
- Looking at the tools used for legal control of power and ways to improve them
- Studying Islamic jurisprudence
- Evaluating the role of people’s participation in creation of religious democracy
- Regulating and supervising the government’s performance
