The Constitutional Council’s Research Institute is the publisher and owner of Quarterly Journal of Public Law Knowledge. QJPLK is a scientific journal that publishes papers mainly in the fields of public law and humanities.


It is an open-access, double-blind, peer-reviewed journal. At least two referees active in the relevant research areas will be invited to carefully review the research article. If the reviewers are happy with the revised paper and if the manuscript passes peer review, the Editorial Board will have the final say on the paper’s acceptability. If accepted, the Editor-in-Chief will issue an acceptance letter for the paper and notify the author.   


All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through a trustworthy software named Samim-e Noor to be assured about its originality.


All authors are required to carefully study the Guide for Authors section before submitting their works. The manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author for revision and re-submission. Note that this process will happen only one time.

No fee is charged from the authors during the submission, evaluation and publication process.
